Our tech-cadets are pre-trained candidates from CDAC, typically Mechanical, IT, or Civil Engineers.
The Parallel Minds TechSquad (elite programmers from our organization) further trains them by deploying them on real projects, preparing them for production roles.
The Parallel Minds team work transparently with your tech team to assign work items and user stories to the tech cadets.
Here they work on our premises under the guidance of the Parallel Minds’ Tech Squad.
After becoming acquainted with the work, at the end of the 3 month term they are promoted as software development cadets.
During this period you are not charged anything.
The software development cadets continue working on assigned items and user stories during this period, but on your location.
After 6 months of rigorous training (3 months at Parallel Minds and 3 months at your location) they graduate to become production-ready Assistant Software Engineers.
During this period you are not charged anything.
The assistant software engineers become valuable resources contributing to your projects.
At this stage we formally start charging you.
Further, at the end of the first year they are promoted to Software Engineers. and continue working with you for the following 2 years in the same capacity.
In the fourth year you have the option to either absorb the Engineer onto your payroll or continue with Parallel Minds as your tech resource partner.
