Realtime HR data visualization was not available and the HR team in different regions had to filter regional data and then process in excel and develop own visualizations.

Solution with Power Automate, Time Extender, and Power BI

Integration with Bamboo HRMS API and MAPICS ERP via Power Automate: Power Automate was employed to establish a seamless connection to the Bamboo HRMS API, automating the process of fetching comprehensive employee records.
